Travel through Jamaican villages on your way to this world famous climbing falls.
"Dunn's River Falls & Park" is a mix of modern facilities with the rustic charm of a nature park. Visitors can climb the falls in a human chain led by experienced Falls' guides or visit "the massage parlor" and experience the soothing effect of the water as it cascades to the sea. Sunlovers can also enjoy the beach.
This starts at the quaint fishing village of Falmouth, where you'll find the Anglican Church built in 1795. Then, you'll make a stop in Discovery Bay, where Columbus discovered Jamaica in 1494. You pass thru Runaway Bay and Seville Nueva before Ocho Rios and the scenic Dunns River Falls.
Here you will be able to climb over 600 ft. of cascading water falls. Admission to the falls is included.
Also included is time for lunch (not included in the price) and time permitting, a little shopping on the return trip.
Wear your swimsuit and bring a towel, sunblock, waterproof camera, and perhaps a hat and t-shirt for protection. Wear water shoes or old shoes that you don't mind getting wet when climbing Dunns River Falls to protect your feet. Lockers are available for rent at Dunns River Falls.
Transfers and admission to Dunns River Falls are included.
There is a minimum of 4 people needed to operate this tour.
