Grand Cayman Short And Sweet SightseeingExplore > Cayman Islands > Grand Cayman Short And Sweet SightseeingOverviewEnjoy a charming island tour that gives you a great introduction to Grand Cayman. Grand Cayman is the most well-known and popular of the Cayman islands. People come to this island for the famous Seven Mile Beach, the world-class diving, and Stingray City. Landlubbers will also find lots to love during this awesome sightseeing tour. You will see that Georgetown is bustling as you head out of town. The 30-acre Cayman Turtle Farm is one of Grand Cayman's favorite attractions. Now it's even better with $44.6 million spent to transform it, using the theme "Everything Caymanian." Enjoy a guided tour at the famous turtle facility and interact with the turtles. While still a working farm, and now an entertainment center, the importance of research and education on the conservation of sea turtles remains the core of Boatswain's Beach. The only one of its kind in the world, its home to over 16,000 green sea turtles, ranging in size from six ounces to six hundred pounds each! Nowhere else can you see an endangered species so successfully raised for conservation. Of course, everyone wants to go to Hell and you will! Here Hell is a unique outcropping of limestone, looking eerily like someone's imagined vision of its namesake. Send one of those famous postcards to your friends with the postmark they will keep forever (don't forget to bring those addresses!). Your camera will ensure you get that famous photo. You'll spend about 20 minutes here. Along the way, you will see the Old Homestead - "The Pink House", a traditional Cayman-style home, of wattle and daub construction. This is the most photographed home in the Cayman Islands. You'll also make a photo stop at the Governor's House, for which the Caymanians have much pride. You will make a photo stop and learn about Seven Mile Beach, which is well-known for its beautiful stretch of white sand. You will have the option to be dropped off at Seven Mile Beach after the tour is completed. - PLEASE NOTE: You will need to allow at least 45 minutes between the time your cruise ship arrives and the start time you select. Your return should be at least 1 hour and 15 minutes before your cruise ship's departure. - Your admission to the Cayman Turtle Farm is included in this tour. - Please note that occasionally your ship may be routed to Spotts Marina due to weather. Your tour will be run unless the representative at that pier notifies you otherwise. Please look at your voucher for instructions. - Sorry, this trip is not available on Christmas Day. Days offered: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Departures:
