Hôtel Le Bristol opened in April of 1925 in the heart of the Roaring Twenties, since then it has been expanded and renovated but it remains a Bristol icon.
The hotel welcomes its valued customers since 1925 in its 188 rooms, including 92 suites, refurbished, spacious, bright and decorated in a style XVIII. Prints, paintings and mirrors are original and owned by a family of collectors of art.
Eric Frechon, Head Chef with three Michelin stars, oversees the kitchens of Bristol and offers three different gastronomic atmospheres. He cooks each day within Epicure a generous and inventive décor in a new light-flooded space. Le 114 Faubourg, the brewery luxury of Bristol, is a garden of delights in a warm Paris setting, where Chef Eric Desbordes officiates under the supervision of Chef Eric Frechon. 's Garden French, go chic and Parisian cosmompolite at any time of the day. Bristol's Bar , the new point of reference of Parisian evenings.
With its numerous monuments and museums, gardens, and countless boutiques, Paris has never finished being discovered. Paris enjoys a temperate climate with pleasant summers and relatively mild winters. The driest season is in the spring between March and May.
