Comprising 31 Rondavels and 20 Safari Houses, Sefapane Lodge offers the ideal spot from which to explore the Kruger National Park and the surrounding regions. Located within 1km for the Phalaborwa gate of the world renowned Kruger National Park, we offer our guests breathing space in the heart of nature - a concept that has become a luxury in the modern world.
The sprawling, established bush gardens encompass four rustic dams and play host to a variety of spectacular indigenous flora and birdlife.
The main lodge offers a pool, A la Carte Restaurant, bar and children's pool and jungle gym. Sefapane further offers exciting activities including wildlife encounters, cultural discoveries, the rich heritage of Africa and adventure activities for those seeking excitement.
When last did you hang out Shebeen-style? Decorated with a Shebeen-chic twist, Tusk Bar is a sunken bar with a low hanging thatch roof that almost runs into the swim-up bar that meets the main pool. Accommodating up to 80 guests, Tusk Bar offers a perfect place to unwind after an exhilarating day of sight-seeing and activity. Offering a menu of divine cocktails and delicious snack baskets, it is sure to be the place where you while away your hot summer days and party through our temperate nights.
The bar and pool are set amidst a lawns and plamtrees, with loungers offering you a view of 'Sefapane Square', where Calabash Grill, the Boma and the Bar meet up to create your personal chill zone on the bush.
The Misava Spa, named after the local Tsonga word for Earth, our spa offers you numerous holistic body and beauty treatments using local products that featue South African plants and herbs. You can enjoy your treatments within the privacy of an African Rondavel or be adventurous and enjoy an outdoor massage in our lush gardens. Our spa offers you the chance to enter a world where time seems to stand still, a place where you are able to pamper and nurture your body and refresh your soul. At Sefapane Lodge, we take community service very seriously. We are based within the Ba-Phalaborwa Municipality and many of our employees live in the townships of Namakgale and Lulekani. Our cultural tours and excursions take visitors into the hearts of the people who live and work in these areas and are the lifeblood of our town.
