Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Our one bedroom condo was quite nice. Not fancy but clean and relatively new Hawaiian decor. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the island of Molakai. A lot of the people we met were staying there in condos they own. Small, friendly environment. Great breakfast and lunch restaurant there called the Gazebo. They open at 7;30 but people are lined up by 6:45! Conveniently located. We'd stay there again.

Review:   We had breakfast at the Gazebo. It was delicious! The pancakes are guant, fluffy and amazing. All of the omelettes are (and look) amazing. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The views are beautiful. We go as often as we can.

Review:   I stayed here for a week with my family while friends stayed in neighboring units and it was ideal. Our unit had a bedroom and a pull-down wall bed in the living room which comfortably and affordably housed me, my wife, daughter and mother-in-law. There was a full kitchen and a great balcony overlooking the pool. The pool got a lot of action all day and was a great place to meet the other guests, especially at night in the hot tub. There are two restaurants on the property, one is the popular breakfast spot The Gazebo which is also an amazing spot to watch the sunset over the ocean. From there, it's a tiny walk to the beach which was a great spot to frolic in the waves. There was always parking available right by my unit, and there are a number of classy restaurants nearby as well as a plaza just around the corner that contains your grocery store, coffee shop, and a really nice selection of fast service restaurants. Chatting with the other guests, it seems like this is a place that you fall in love with and keep coming back to. It's not as upscale as the surrounding resorts, which is a plus for the wallet. Overall, a pretty safe bet for a great Maui vacation!

Review:   We use the parking lot and walk around the back to a small open air restaurant called THE GAZEBO. Often a long wait because the food is so good...Excellent view- looking across the channel at Lanai. Any time we are in Maui, this one of those GOT TO GO TO places!
