Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Beautiful property and amazing staff. A really nice reprieve from the craziness outside. The Opera restaurant is great for small bites (didn't do breakfast or dinner) and delicious cocktails. I highly recommend the kumquat amaretto - so refreshing. The rooms are a great size for two with a nice shower and toiletries. Highly recommend!

Review:   It is probably the best hotel in Saigon. Centrally located. Superb service. From a decadent breakfast, you can enjoy the gym or a good swim, have some lunch at the restaurant on the 1st floor, relax a bit more, happy hour at the bar, then enjoy the music at 8pm in the lounge. The Vietnamese food in house is excellent. Rooms are all filled with modern amenities. Highly recommended.

Review:   Good hotel, good breakfast and ambiance. The private tour to Cu Chi Tunnels booked by the hotel was outstanding in both service and quality of information provided. The pool service and its menu are weak. The Square One restaurant is highly recommended, the food and the service are very good. The spa did not reach the expectations.

Review:   Nice hotel, but I will not give 5 stars as officially rated. Be careful for the breakfast, staff is trying to direct you to the bar where a small breakfast is served in place of the breakfast place where a full buffet is served (saying it is full, and it was half empty). Seems they are trying to restrict the nice breakfast to business customers and send the travelers to the other one. This is not nice.

Review:   Excellent hotel in the center of Saigon. Very convenient to all the tourist attractions with an excellent breakfast option. Highly recommend trying the breakfast buffet at least once during your stay, it’s worth it! Only 4 stars given due to the horrible layout of some guest rooms. Beware of room 302, as it shares the wall with the fitness center and you’ll be woken up from people dropping weights at 5a!
