Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   I truly enjoyed my second stay here for my honeymoon! Fun pools, hot tubs, slides, and a lovely, relaxing adults-only pool where they even serve drinks in the pool! Room and housekeeping were great, great location to snorkel from, delicious food at the restaurant(s) and nearby... Very walkable to the shops at Wailea, right on the beach, gorgeous view... I love this hotel/resort! Lovely layout, too. I enjoyed watching the lizards that come out for sun on some of the paths.

Review:   The resort has an excellent location, along the coast on the west side of Maui where there are several other high-end properties. The rooms are nice, if a bit dated. In fact, that's a reasonable description of the hotel as a whole. The breakfasts are good, though the food options for the rest of the day are limited. I found the staff to be consistently helpful.

Review:   I was so impressed how wonderfully decorated this Resort is now!! It used to be the Marriott beach resort and now called Wailea Beach Resort... A little confusing because it is still a Marriott property they just dropped name in title! So resort has many upgrades recently. I really love the lobby with the open air breezeway. The sitting area in lobby where you can watch a beautiful sunset. My daughter and her friends were taking some great pictures on the balcony with the sunset over the ocean. Highly recommend this spectacular resort with an amazing adult infinity pool!

Review:   Beautiful grounds. Rooms have been updated, prices now reflect that. Onsite Starbucks and in quiet Wailea. Great for families and couples. Awesome to walk to beach, walk next door to the Grand Wailea, safe environment. Pool was great, poolside service includes small cups of frozen fruit. Spinner dolphins entertain in front of the hotel!
