About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Review:   Stayed a week in a 2 bedroom condo at the Grand Islander and it was great! Rooms are great and cleaning staff great. The grounds are beautiful and spotless. My only complaint would be you have to rent chairs for the beach, they are not provided. Any other resort I stay at, has a section of chairs on the beach for members. Maybe because it is a hotel too and not just a timeshare place.

Review:   We are regular guests of various Hilton properties. Came to celebrate our second wedding anniversary / delayed honeymoon. This was our most enjoyable stay ever. Property is well maintained. The staff is super. Cordial and polite is standard. Our concierge , Robert Davis, was by far the best that I have ever encountered. I truly can't say enough good about what a great experience this has been. Kudos.

Review:   Great location. The room itself did not look brand new, but I could see myself staying here for my whole vacation. Service was awesome! The staff was pleasant and helpful with any request we had. Food options in this hotel and vicinity are great, from fast food to steak houses. Morton's is a 10 min walk, Red Lobster or outback are within 5 min. I will consider coming to this place again in the future. I will say again, service was far better than its installations. That is what brings people back!

Review:   We stayed in the Grand Waikian tower. The people were all very friendly and helpful. All together a wonderful Hotel with an AWESOME soaking tub! It had a full kitchen and washer/dryer too! The salt water lagoon was perfect for our 15 month old. We loved the fireworks! And the Aloha babysitters were amazing too! The only thing is they needed more valet people. They tried their best, but it could be 10 minutes or 25 minutes. But they were very friendly. They may have been short staffed on our trip. Thank you Hilton for making our first vacation with our baby a WONDERFUL TRIP!!!

Review:   It's expensive, but a damn nice place!! Has everything, in the center of everything. Great service, and the building we were in was so new, had everything. Really enjoyed our stay. Probably great for a family with young kids. Great pools, great beach, like ABC store in the complex open late so you can get snacks, drinks, whatever. I was impressed with this place.
