Overview
La Residencia is situated in the charming coastal and mountain village of Deià, Mallorca. The village, once home to Robert Graves, still attracts and inspires many artists and writers.
The hotel is a relaxing enclave away from the stresses of city life, enjoying spectacular views of both mountains and sea.
Our light and airy rooms and suites feature beautiful, antique and traditional Mallorcan furniture. All are exclusively designed and decorated—no two are the same.
Our accommodation comprises spacious Single Rooms, Classic and Superior Double Rooms—some with four-poster beds—and four categories of suite: Junior, Superior, Tramuntana and Luxury. The sumptuous suites all offer breathtaking views, which can be savoured from their own terraces, gardens or private pools.
For the utmost privacy and seclusion we offer The Villa, a former residence just a few minutes' walk from the hotel and the ultimate home-from-home for families or friends travelling together.
From award-winning, fine dining restaurant El Olivo to the more relaxed Son Moragues Terrace & Bar and the Safereix pool restaurant, La Residencia offers some of the best gastronomic experiences in Mallorca.
Diners can sit gazing at the mountains or beneath a shady pergola by the pool and enjoy both local specialities and international cuisine.
Our menus make the most of fresh, seasonal ingredients that are cultivated in the hotel's own vegetable and herb garden.
Summer evenings in Mallorca with refreshing cocktails, live music and dancing all combine at Deià's new "chill out" bar. Set among citrus trees, the Garden Lounge Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a balmy summer evening.

Pros: This is the exclusive enclave of Orient Express on Mallorca. It is located inland on the lush foothills of the Sierra Tramuntana. The accommodations are either a double or a Jr. Suite. Delightful rooms with wonderful views. This is such a self contained place....the gardens produce much of the food used in the restaurant. There is a nice, small spa as well. Personal service and so relaxing. Cons: It is not on the ocean or beach..... |
