Homer Halibut Charters
With Bob's, on the full day charters you can catch as many halibut as you are able to reel in and we'll release the ones you don't want, but according to AK Department of Fish and Game, you can only keep two halibut of any size to take home with you at the end of the day.

Overview
We look forward to taking you fishing with us! For a high success rate and confidence in an overall enjoyable fishing experience, choose any one of Bobs' fishing charters while you are in Homer, Alaska. Homer is the Halibut Capital of the World and you are still allowed to keep 2 halibut per person per day for 2012! Bob's Trophy Charter's captains have worked hard to become some of the best! Each of our captains and their crews are friendly and nice. It's easy to spend your time with them fishing, and of course catching :-) out in the waters of our beautiful Kachemak Bay and Cook Inlet and across the Gulf of Alaska. We catch all sizes of fish, especially halibut! We offer charters for many other species of fish including salmon, as well as ling cod and rock fish. We have charters for the experienced angler as well as beginners and those in between of all ages. Charters come in full and half day options as well as multi-day overnight trips. Try going out for the day on one of our our halibut and salmon combinations, or our halibut/ling cod and rockfish combinations or take our special multi-day overnight fishing trips for the ultimate fishing experiences!
