About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Review:   This resort has everything you would ever want in a resort and then some. There are places to shop, a large convention center area, pools and beaches, art around every corner and beautifully appointed rooms. We were impressed with the hospitality and customer service we experienced and the resort itself is beautiful. The only caveat is that the resort is so large, many areas turned out to be quite crowded (beach and restaurants especially). However, that is to be expected in a resort this size!

Review:   A beautiful place to stay, but awfully expensive. Although the price is expected from a five star hotel chain. The staff is incredibly nice and they give you flowers as you come. Should definitely wander around the resort and enjoy their various services. As well as a sunset loving over the church.

Review:   Who wouldn't love the Grand Weilea?! Forty acres of beautiful grounds with a staff who lives to pamper you. Pure bliss. We did the luau, ate breakfast at the grand ballroom, and had a wonderful relaxing day in the spa. We also saw a movie star and watched a beautiful wedding take place in the on-site chapel. I can't say enough about this resort! If you can afford a couple of days stay (very, very pricey!!), do it!! We have no regrets!

Review:   The accommodations at the Grand Wailea are elegant but tropical. Our room wasn't ready even though we checked in at 7pm. We had to wait an hour but they gave us a $100 room credit. The staff were very generous with things like toiletries and always putting cold bottled water in our car whenever we left. We had no other problems with the accommodations as the rooms were large and the beds comfortable. No room service menu in the room but I know it was available because I saw trays outside other people's rooms. No hotel guide either. The pools were gorgeous and fun for the kids but wished they were open longer! The slides and lazy river aren't open past 5pm, which competes with doing other island activities during the day. At night the sounds of the luau travel around the resort.

Review:   What a treat. We stayed in the villas across the street. The resort is just awesome. We brought one year old twins and had a blast navigating many paths all around the resort with our stroller. It is a great place to chill and relax. There are just too many spots to crash and just relax. Fountains and statuettes were treats for our kids. You can find a place to rest and in comfort pretty much anywhere and in all kind of varieties.
