Behold! The Bitter End Yacht Club for the 2011 and 25th installment of the Pro Am Regatta, infamous for attracting the world's TOP sailors from the America's Cup, Olympics and World Championships. This year, Anna Tunnicliffe, Zach Railey, Ed Baird, Andrew Campbell, David Ullman, Peter Holmberg and Ashley Love and Tucker Thompson of T2p were in attendance!
Overview
Initially a family retreat, Bitter End has evolved into a destination resort featuring eighty-five shoreside accommodations, three restaurants, a full-service marina and a world-renown watersports center and sailing school. Bitter End's colorful atmosphere and casual, friendly ambiance is more like that of a traditional Caribbean village, and the staff complements the resort's character with their cheerful affability and concern for each visitor's experience.
Bitter End's cottages are nestled amid lush gardens along a mile of beach and waterfront. Our cottages are known for their tranquility, comfort and for generous decks with unobstructed sea views. In addition to our variety of one-room accommodations, we also have one 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath Estate House.
The Spa at Bitter End's Manager Mitesh heads up a team of 15 spa professionals who provide the kind of high-level service guests at Bitter End have come to expect. The Spa at Bitter End is open 12 hours a day, seven days a week, and uses both the internationally acclaimed Decleor line of spa products, as well as locally available herbs like Neem, Aloe Vera, Coconut, Henna (for tatoos), which give a uniquely Caribbean flavor to its treatments and therapies. In addition, the Spa at Bitter End offers you the option of in-room spa services for the ultimate in pampering. The Spa will work with you to tailor treatments to meet your spa dream experience.
