Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Paid for a "seaview" room with little to no sea-view, stuck behind the restaurant building with little to no view of ocean, Could not stay in the room for a long period of time due to a very very strong fresh paint smell (either the room or the one shared next door had a very recent paint job) slept with windows open to try combat / limit the smell / fumes. Not the most relaxing getaway with the paint issues but service was good and people were friendly.

Review:   Good view. Not very clean. Dusty old drawers with one teaspoon inside was odd. Dated.

Review:   Amazing place to visit. Great meals, looking at the ocean. Had glorious weather at time, but can be quite wet as has high annual rainfall

Review:   Nice place in a locale that is somewhat remote. Our rooms were across highway from reception, restaurant and bar, so used culvert tunnel under highway to get back and forth. Unusual, yet fun.

Review:   No cutlery or plaits in the room. Tv didn’t work and bathroom was still wet and dirty. Also had no sink so had to fill up the jug and wash cups in the bathroom sink.
