Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Great location for easy access to Rotorua and nearby attractions. Free shuttle bus into the centre of Rotorua was very handy. Staff are excellent and can't do enough for you. Buffet breakfast offers so much choice. We had the dinner buffet which was brilliant. Again, so much choice and the menu changes daily. A la carte menu also an option. Rooms were spacious and perfect for what we needed. The pool is also a great addiction! Hot tub and gym facilities also available.

Review:   Upon check-in the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and have been maintained and updated. Rooms have good AC, TV, and comfy beds. The beds come with a firm and soft pillow to choose from. The hotel has a buffet for breakfast - dinner as well as a full menu to order food and drinks from. It is within walking distance from many different things including Te Puia and the Redwood forest. There are also a few cafes within walking distance for a different selection of food.
