Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Beautiful Hotel built by French in 1901. Amazing architecture make it not only one of the best hotel in Hanoi but also a sort of monument. Really good service, clean and neat outside and inside. Good food can find French,Western and Vietnamese cuisine. Really an amazing place. Want classy elegant and great service need come here!

Review:   The best experience there is. Little attention to details really made a bid difference. Staff are superb. Historical relevance surely enhanced the experience elegantly. Why breakfast is not included ? I feel like the hotel nickel and dime you in this department 🙄 Hotel transportation to airport is $125 USD = 2.5 million Dong. Too pricey. We paid $25 from airport to the near by hotel when we came in. But for that price. You get a limo service. Fancy fancy fancy limo. Worth it.

Review:   Impecible service, very friendly and helpful! I loved the atrium in the old wing and the old elegant atmosphere with the wooden floor boards and high ceilings. Must stay in the old wing! It's very convenient for exploring. Only downside is that there pillows are really really soft.

Review:   One of the best and historical buildings in Hanoi. Very friendly staffs full of smiles. Take a short time to see the lobby at both sides, and have a moment to carefully see the old photos. Read the famous persons who have stayed in the Legendary Hotel. The room was comfort, clean, and the hotel provides free bottled water more than two.

Review:   Great place to stay! The service is extraordinarily good and the rooms are beautiful. The hotel seems to be managed very well. I wish other 5 star hotels would use this hotel as a benchmark.
