Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Cape Lodge exceeded all our expectations. The staff were friendly, very helpful and accommodating, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Absolute value for money with the added touches of luxury we were not expecting. Beautiful views, well-maintained gardens and a peaceful setting. I would highly recommend a stay at Cape Lodge.

Review:   Do yourself a favour. You must stay here. Best food we had in Margaret River. Best accommodation. Class all the way. Relais & Chateau standards.

Review:   Had a spectacular winter's night here in June. It may have been cold and wet outside but in the Restaurant... C'est Magnifique! We had prebooked the accommodation and 3 course meal + wines package and and every dish was an absolute delight. Staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgable. All food was locally sourced, fresh and expertly cooked/presented. Our pick of the selected accompanying wines was the Cape Lodge Chardonnay and the Cape Lodge Cabernet Merlot - the SBS and the Shiraz a very close 2nd and still delightful. Both the food and the wines were generous size serves and we were extremely satisfied on all counts. Thank you for a wonderful experience in a quiet and tranquil haven.

Review:   Nice food and service. Quite expensive though and a bit too serious for its own good. Had better food in the region
