Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Dirty bathroom, poor service, noisy place. Pubic hairs on the basin from previous occupier and when I told staff they just laughed, refused to heat my meal, pool was not heated as advertised, couldn't sleep because the air conditioner units are extremely loud (it wasn't mine, it was the room next door, so I couldn't stop it) and a huge white-tail spider in my bathroom. When I told the owner these issues, he did kill the spider but offered no apology for any the issues. Upgraded my previous rating from 1 star to 3 stars. They have improved a few things. Recently stayed again as this is the place we stay for work. The room given was much nicer, it was back from the road and in a little section with a different layout. There were no air conditioners on, so wasn't as noisy. Bathroom was clean and the receptionist was much more polite. I didn't bother asking them to heat my meals this time, so I didn't get disappointed there. Menu didn't have any vegetarian options, when I asked about them and said I don't like Asian food, their options were stir fry, curry (which I said I didn't want) or a 'spring vegetable parpadelle'; which being in autumn, couldn't contain any fresh vegetables. Pool was actually heated this time and the sauna was working. I would now say the place is better value for money. I would still recommend they upgrade their air conditioners as this seems to be a common complaint on the reviews. Also, if you won't heat someone's food, I suggest to provide a microwave or at least some decent vegetarian options. Most hotels do these days.

Review:   We stayed for 2 nights with a group of 56,couldn't have picked a more suitable place to stay. Manager Steve together with his wife Jaime and the rest of the staff couldn't have done enough to make our stay pleasant. I would highly recommend staying at the Quality Inn Presidential Motel.

Review:   The Inn was definitely in need of up a general update. The Room sizes were fantastic, but just dated. We chose the hotel for the sauna and indoor pool. The sauna was closed and has been that way for months, they told us they are just waiting to replace the tiles. The pool itself was just dated and did not feel clean. Overall the staff were extremely helpful and we were close to everything in town.
