Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   A really nice place. Has 2 pools. Nice beach. .food is good. Rooms are clean and modern. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Make sure you follow directions on getting a umbrella / shaded table. It gets hot without it.

Review:   We had a great stay at the Hyatt Aruba. It is in a great location, close to many restaurants and local shops. The beach outside the resort is not crowded at all and the water is amazing. Their palapas are first come first serve so it is a little tricky to get the ones really close to the water. However, there are vendors right there and you can get an umbrella right up to the water. The rooms a little small for the price but they are clean and have great view. The staff is very accommodating and amazing and they keep the hotel very clean. Their amenities and central garden amazingly looking and that on its own is a plus which includes few different swimming pools and a slide. They have few great restaurants, which are a little over prices but expected at a hotel. I would suggest walking down the street and try some of the local restaurants. Over all we really enjoyed this resort and we were coming back to Aruba, we'd stay here again.

Review:   Great hotel, service, and food. I would suggest staying on the top floor. You have beautiful views from both sides of the hotel. You have a private kitchen and dining for breakfast, snacks all day, non alcoholic beverages free for staying on this floor. Well worth the money!!

Review:   First, we have a courtyard view room when we asked for an ocean/island view room. Second, the room is very dusty! The bathroom towel rack fixtures are dusty and the sink has mold. The top of pictures, the tv and the bed headboard is dusty. The curtains are dusty and the screen-like inner curtain has a huge whole in it. This not worth what we’re being charged!!! The other thing is that I although I appreciate the thought and that I may like a surprise piece of birthday cake, but, not at the expense of having someone come into our room while we’re not in it, leave the plate, and, the plate wasn’t covered. VERY DISSATISFIED 😐😒😡🤨🤔👎

Review:   Thanks Grace Ann for your kindness and sincerity. You make the world a better place. We were not happy with the noises above our room but we were happy with you. Sincerely, Tina
