Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Very convenient location. Friendly staff. IHG membership points. Comfortable rooms, however the design is a bit odd and old. The showers could definitely be more modern (taps, shower head, curtain, toilets,...), and that's after they've "upgraded" them all. Shower amenities also feel cheap. Breakfast is probably the best for Canberra hotels.

Review:   Great hotel. Connected to the Canberra casino is an added bonus. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend

Review:   My “go-to” hotel while in Canberra. Easy access to the local eateries and shopping. And the staff are top notch.
