Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Enjoyed the fantastic Casino cottage with open fire and new bathroom including spa. Couldn’t fault at all. Manager Christine was lovely as well, sad to have to leave.

Review:   We received excellent customer service including a free upgrade to a king bed and king single. It was just what the doctor ordered after a windswept rainy day along the Great Ocean Road.

Review:   Historic cottege. 5 star with great host and amenities. Wifi and Netflix. Quiet location but in the town centre so close to shopping and cafes. Chooks and free range eggs. Cannot find a fault. Simply perfect. Ideal place to explore the best of what the Great Ocean Road has to offer. Great. Wonderful. Best.
