If you enjoy space, comfort and style, then the The Loft is for you; in fact, you may well be tempted to think you have found your way to a Luxury Lodge rather than a B & B.

Indulge yourself - experience the delights of:

* A designer décor, incorporating the extensive use of New Zealand native timbers and architectural steel and bronze work by a notable local artist.
* A large and comfortable Super King bed - itself a piece of art.
* Distinctive ensuite bathroom, with separate bath and shower
* Hairdryer, iron and ironing board
* Your own private lounge and office area with gas open fire
* Central heating and air-conditioning
* Large covered balcony with commanding views over Nelson City, Tasman Bay and the Maitai Valley. You will be able to enjoy the Nelson sun in complete privacy and comfort - relax on the comfortable seating or sun-lounger
* Tea and coffee making facilities
* Refrigerator
* Television, DVD, direct dial telephone, fax and wireless Internet access
* Generous 'his & hers' closet space and out of the way storage for suite-cases
* Ipod docking station/sound system

  • Google Reviews

    About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

    Review:   Can highly recommend the accommodation in this lovely house. We stayed in the Garden Suite, which was spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. Val and Wayne were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied - the hot dishes were imaginative and beautifully cooked. The central, but peaceful location was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer.

    Review:   Had a fantastic four nights here. Perfectly presented suite, felt at home immediately. Ensuite, spa bath, and all the usual facilities. Wayne and Val are welcoming and accomodating, such great people and good recommendations, listen to them. Great breakfast, different every day - so refreshing not to have death by fry up. Well located in a secluded street just away from the town centre, but really quiet. Off street parking. Loved it.
