Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Amazing customer service, gorgeous location and views, spacious rooms, perfect vacation. We really enjoyed our time here. A couple tips, get to the beach early in the morning to get a good chair and umbrella. Snorkel to the right, north, in the morning between 8-10 to see sea turtles. They go in close to shore. Remember to keep your distance and leave them alone.

Review:   Stayed for 2 nights for my sister's wedding. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They helped to make a stressful situation less stressful by helping to take care of us. A crane display went missing and the coordinator, John, said he will investigate and will not go home until it is found. The display was eventually found and given to us. The rooms were beautiful. Only now, the view on the sw side are not that great. I would request a poolside ocean view. Other than that minor now, everything was great!

Review:   My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon. We stayed at the Fairmont for 7 days. We loved it so much that we are talking about going back in six months. Rooms were good, pools were nice, and the beach was great. My favorite part of the Fairmont was the staff. Everyone was amazing! Housekeeping, concierges, front desk, drivers, bartenders, beach guys....literally everyone was awesome. Shoutouts to Vanessa at AMA, Arron at Luna, Kendra at the concierge's desk, and all the beach guys who set up chairs. They were all amazing. This resort has thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable. We especially loved the hospitality suite. We had to check out of the hotel on Monday but our flight was not until 9pm at night so the resort allowed us to stay and then use a compliantly hospitality suite where we could shower later before we left for our flight.

Review:   One of my favorite lobbys for resorts on Maui. Great views all open air. Really love local decor especially my favorite mermaid and turtle sculptures. The artist works extremely hard with so much passion and love for island life. It shows in his art work. I met him down by Charley Young beach one day and he is so humble and gave me much of his time even when he was working. He really loves his work!

Review:   Beautiful place, great beach, comfortable suite, soft pillow top beds, great service. Yes it's pricey, but what do you expect....it's no motel 6. You feel like a high roller pulling up and walking the grounds.
