Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   When we first got off our shuttle bus and stepped up towards the entrance, out came this charming man to take all of our luggage and from then until the very end it was luxury at its finest and service at its absolute best and it left me unsure whether I liked the quality of the resort more or the service more. The one and only exception was the guy who did tours, who tried to force us into tours we didn't want to do and wasn't accommodating enough for us for what we did want to do. But everything else was fantastic, from the cleaning staff to the pool staff to the restaurants through to the food and drinks and just plain everything. And this pool, by the way, has white sand, which has to be seen to be believed. We could have spent our entire time there just sitting in the pool and it would've been worth it. If you want luxury, and you can afford it, this is the place to go. I can't imagine anything better. How can you improve on perfection? Well, other than the guy doing the tours. Oh and I had photos to post but they somehow ended up on Elysium's page instead. I have no comments on Elysium in comparison but I do know one thing - those photos I took of the white sand and palm trees was taken at Peppers, not Elysium!

Review:   They have a very nice pool bar and spa treatments are nice as well. And we know the location of the best apartment also. The owners are Darlene and Ian Heathcote. It is 2 bedroom+2 bathroom apartment with everything you might be need to feel comfortable (a child chair and some toys, and more) . Have a look on the pool bar view from the room)))

Review:   We enjoyed our stay the staff were nice and helpful the rooms were ok and the discounts that they gave us made the price very acceptable. The buffet was great and plentiful except the freash coffee cost you extra. Overall i recommend it. Not the best but was still enjoyable.

Review:   Let me make it easy for anyone reading this review trying to decide which resort to stay at in Palm Cove. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY. THERE IS NO COMPARISON. This is the second time we have stayed at Peppers palm cove and again we absolutely loved it. Prior to booking our trip I researched all the other resorts and hotels in palm cove and Peppers is just the nicest one and worth every dollar. The accomodation, staff and food were all great. We travelled with our 10 month old which was a breeze because Peppers was so accomodating. Some of our highlights from the resort were: 1. The in pool bar 2. The warm spa 3. The pool temperature was always perfect, even for a baby. 4. The buffet breakfast 5. Accomodation was very clean 6. The staff were all so friendly and polite Thanks to all the staff at Peppers for making our trip so memorable.
