Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Stayed for 3 nights with my family. Nice and clean. Well equipped with all the necessary amenities like washing machine, dryer, oven, dish washer etc. High recommended as it's also well located next to Town Hall Station and walking distance to shopping malls n Chinatown.

Review:   Booked a room with a balcony and it looked at a concrete wall could have reached out and touched. No mention of that when booking. When asked to change room's charged extra. Would have booked elsewhere for that price!! No complimentary milk each day. Television is tiny. Don't be more than average height in shower or your head scrapes ceiling. Shower pressure very poor hard to rinse hair. Only thing good I'd say was location and room was clean.Otherwise not happy.

Review:   Beware, the hotel is noisy, both from traffic noise and street noise from the bars and pubs nearby. The rooms are a good size, but old and in need of a full renovation. The TV remote did not work properly, the exhaust fan was noisy, the bath mixer was stuck, and the gym equipment is very tired, old, and mostly needs replacing. The rooms should have a luggage rack, and the reception staff were polite, but some (not all) were not friendly at all; not rude, just not friendly.

Review:   Staff that appear perpetually confused, temperamental door cards and distinctly average linen and amenities. Which is not to say I'm being elitist, I can be happy in a hostel, but for what it is it's overpriced. Thankfully I wasn't paying but having spent a night I feel no inclination to return when I next need a room in Sydney, there are better, and cheaper, options.

Review:   Great apartments staffed by really friendly team. We were lucky enough to get a top floor apartment and the view was brilliant. Large living space and well appointed kitchen too.
