Absolute Ocean Front Resort

Video #1 of 1

Positioned on the absolute ocean front and just a short stroll via seaside boardwalk to the enchanting Airlie Beach resort village; with its relaxed atmosphere and collection of eclectic shops and cafes; lies the Coral Sea Resort, your Airlie Beach Accommodation. A stroll in the opposite direction crossing a separate boardwalk with the sea below is Abel Point Marina, your direct access to the Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef.

Whitsundays accommodation at Coral Sea Resort is comprised of a range of hotel suites, superior apartments and luxury penthouses. All our Whitsundays accommodation is serviced daily with the full range of facilities and inclusions expected of a boutique hotel of this quality and standard.

There is a uniquely nautical feeling in each of the spacious suites and penthouses, which reflect on the wonderful yachting heritage of the Whitsundays. Soft nautical colours, historic boating prints, polished timber and yachting memorabilia adorn many of the Resort's rooms and dining areas complete our superior Whitsundays accommodation. The adjoining marina, linked by a boardwalk to the Resort, offers those with salt in their veins a chance to wander through the amazing array of charter yachts and luxury vessels to work off breakfast, lunch or dinner, indulged in at our award-winning restaurant.

Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   We stayed in the king room with the spa (but without the hammock). The hammocks looked pretty good. I was a bit jealous of those rooms. Overall though a good view with a clean room and comfortable bed. The spa bath was good but designed for someone under 6ft. The restaurant was average for breakfast and coffee but excellent for dinner.

Review:   Had a fantastic stay here. Lots of wildlife. Rocks and water just below our balcony. Saw a turtle from the balcony and a cockatoo landed and talked to us for a bit. Amazing view and great friendly staff.

Review:   Amazing views! We had a roo. With a balcony and hot tub over the ocean. It was amazing. The pool was beautiful with more great views. The breakfast buffet was delicious and I looked forward to eating it everyday.

Review:   Nice views. Expensive. Close to town. Short walk along a walkway to the start of Airlie beach strip.
