Overview

Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa is the most convenient Ka'anapali Beach Maui Hawaii hotel you'll find here on the Valley Isle. Located in West Maui in Lahaina, the island's largest city, our Maui Hawaii luxury hotel is convenient to both of Maui's major airports and offers easy access to Maui's mountain roads to beautiful Hana and other hidden places of unspoiled Hawaiian beauty. Hawaii itself is conveniently located near the center of the Pacific Ocean and is the southernmost U.S. state. Alaska holds all the other geographic records; however, our weather is much nicer.

Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Had a lovely time. We were here for a convention the last week of January 2018. The whale watching was fun! More on site dining options for lunch would have been appreciated. The shaved ice was addictive. Our room was in the tower by the nightly luau, which we could hear (loudly, even with the patio door closed) and watch from our balcony. Our view of the ocean was wonderful, and the staff was all polite and accommodating. The hotel flora and fauna were appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or families.

Review:   Resort - This place is huge with the following shopping stores, restaurants , animals around the property, and so much more. Staff - Friendly staff everywhere willing to help with anything you need, except for one lady that gave me wrong directions around the grounds. Pools - Large pools with plenty of seating and lifeguards. Food - Restaurants serve really good food here. Overall its a nice resort worth checking out as a couple or a family.

Review:   Friendly front desk. Lei greeting. Great pools. Includes access to Hyatt Regency Residence Club pools. Shower smelled a little like a damp old rag. Asked to have the shower curtain replaced but the smell did not completely go away. Not enough air circulation/exhaust fan. Light in the bathroom/shower was very dark. Asked to replace light with a brighter bulb. The brighter bulb made it slightly better. Rooms were comfortable and very functional. Self parking lot is rather far. Seemed like about a city block away from the lobby. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and its location. Better weather than in Kapalua, warmer, less windy and less rain.

Review:   Overall we had a wonderful time staying here at the Hyatt regency. The pools were wonderful, staff great, the few restaurants were good , not great and not bad. The lobby was spectacular but our room was ok. Little dated, but it did the job. Beach access was very easy, but have to say allowing a little kids in alone in the water, is a no go. I would definitely return to the Hyatt Regency if we return to Maui

Review:   Absolutely stunning atmosphere. Staff are ridiculously kind and thoughtful. The views are forever breathtaking. I never thought I would want to return to a place I had already been before on vacation. I simply love planning my year wait each time I leave Maui. It’s well worth the wait my friends.. I simply can’t say enough.
