Nestled alongside Trinity Inlet, the five star Pullman Hotel is tropical North Queensland's most prestigious hotel.

The cool and stylish lobby provides a glimpse of the simple elegance of the hotel, which is also reflected in the 128 luxuriously appointed rooms. The rooms and suites are unmistakably Tropical North Queensland style with plantation shutters and light timbers.

Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Love the service here. The staff are great and very helpful. Rooms fit the tropical environment and housekeeping is doing an outstanding job. Only two remarks - the lovely Merchant Cafe which is great for all day food should stay open a little longer than 3PM and the gym is in a terrible condition. Should add some equipment- Bench press, Cables, Shoulder Press, etc - not a place to work out properly and had to go to one of the local gyms. Otherwise great as always.

Review:   I stayed here for two nights while visiting Cairns for work. The rooms were very high class with a spa bath in the room. They also have a gym area and sauna. There was also a very nice restaurant down stairs that do a wonderful buffet breakfast. All the staff were terrific and very helpful.

Review:   After the depressing hospital news. It's time to enjoy my remaining days enjoying my life. What better way is a one night stay so we could visit The Great Barrier Reef. The room and bathroom were spacious, spotless and perfect for our stay... The reception staff were charming and the in-house Chinese restaurant was truly exceptional and the pool was perfect for our stay... I highly recommend this place because of its great food... It's marvelous...

Review:   Always a fun time at the casino, even if you don't always win. A great place to meet up with friends, watch your favourite sport on the large screen, play a few table games or try your luck on the pokies. Excellent entertainment every week and huge variety of eating options from your choice of restaurants. You can't g wrong meeting up at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino. It's a winner in my books 😀

Review:   Really great hotel with comfortable bed, well appointed rooms and very friendly staff! The loyalty perks are great and the in room mini bar is a nice touch. The only real negative is the cleanliness of the walls /floors in the room. The carpet was a bit stained and there were stains on the wall by the tub. Lots of great restaurants nearby on the esplanade and the walk along the water is really nice.
