Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Stayed 2 nights. Really good location for getting around to key spots and tonnes of restaurants close by. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Room good. 711 just metres away. Taxi rank out the front. Only negative for us was our electronic door keys kept failing. Great value for money. Will definitely stay again. Recommend.

Review:   Comfortable beds, clean room, staff were friendly. Very basic hotel, but that's all we wanted. Loved that the room had a microwave and a smart tv which allowed screen sharing! A small issue at check in was resolved reasonably quickly and satisfactorily, and they gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Hotel was incredibly close to public transport and the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Review:   Excellent location, right on Southbank! Room was comfortable, however there were a few marks on the sheets (might just be because they were a bit old). The room info pamphlet was hilarious! Breakfast was convenient and plentiful. Overall, we were happy with the price, services and location so we will be back for sure.

Review:   Great location. Efficient check in and out. Clean. I would choose it again for similar trips (short work trip in city centre)
