Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was superb!! Close to everything and walking distance to CBD. Can’t praise the hotel staff enough. The reception staff were kind, helpful and so friendly. The Sebel will now be my when in Melbourne hotel always!

Review:   A small up market apartment/studio style hotel (no bar, restaurant or breakfast room) offering very nicely decorated rooms (no daily servicing of rooms except by special request and additional payment). Very well located In the CBD, close to trains and trams.

Review:   Beautiful place, very central and excellent furnishings with great kitchenette and plenty of space. However, not a 24 hour reception and when I asked reception to book my cab the night before, they either didn’t or the cab didn’t arrive for some other reason. There was no one on reception to ask at 4am and 15 minutes later, I had to book my own cab to get to the airport on time. The only complaint, but a crucial moment during my stay.
