Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Really miss this grand hotel! Excellent services and great staff, very professional and polite. Walked in and was greeted by lovely employees. Rooms are of exceptional standards and very clean and luxurious. Wonderful breakfast and dinner buffets and I could just sit there and eat all day. Nice open views to the city and easy access to transport. Highly recommend staying here, it’s well worth your money.

Review:   Came here for a few drinks and a quick bite before the tennis. The decor is fantastic and the bar is very nice and intimate - a great place for a night cap after dinner or somewhere to go for a date as it's not too loud for proper conversation. Service is top notch and I will have to try the buffet next time as it looks pretty good!

Review:   Beautiful hotel in town I was there last weekend on Saturday(20/0102018) for a beautiful wedding and the reception looks mad. The way it was decorated it was amazing. The staffs were very polite and serve us well. The food was so yummy👌👍. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Melbourne.

Review:   Room quality of a bad roadside motel rather than a high class hotel. We arrived late at the hotel and were looking for the most basic thing to expect - sleep. Unfortunately the room (#2104) was terrible in terms of insulation - one could hear every bit of business the neighbors were doing in their bathroom - and in absolutely terrible condition. This might have been a nice room in the 1980s but is absolutely not up to today‘s standards. Plus there was mold in the shower, were stains on the old carpet and rust all over the bathroom fittings. I am travelling every week for business with over 100 hotel nights a year and this was clearly rock bottom and something a brand like Hyatt should be ashamed of.

Review:   They just do things right at the Hyatt. Staff are attentive but not in your face, service impecable. Stayed on executive floor and used lounge for breakfast and drinks/ nibbles in evening. Both presented with good food and variety. Staff even sent bottle of wine for anniversary up to room. Well done Hyatt
