Fraser Island Tours
2 Day One Night Fraser Island tour Departs Tue, Thurs, Sat
Includes
Day 1 Travelling north from Brisbane we pass the Glass House Mountains and Sunshine Coast before arriving at Rainbow Beach. From Rainbow Beach we take the 4WD on to the beach to meet our ferry at Inskip Point, where a short Ferry ride will take us to the southern tip of Fraser Island. We head for Seventy Five Mile Beach and find ourselves a nice spot to enjoy a fresh picnic lunch. Travelling north up the eastern beach of Fraser Island we head for Eli Creek. Eli Creek is a fast flowing fresh water stream. Take the beautiful board walk to the top of the creek and let yourself relax and float down this picturesque stream. Our next stop is Lake Wabby. We park our 4WD at the start of the 20 min walking track, which takes us through lush coastal heath and thick eucalypt forest. This takes us to the deepest lake on Fraser Island, the famous Lake Wabby. The return walk goes through the Hammerstone Sandblow. At the end of the day we travel to Eurong Beach Resort to check into our accommodation and enjoy a Buffet Dinner in the Resort Restaurant. Accommodation is in a 4 share dormitory and is backpacker style accommodation. Upgrades to twin/double or single rooms are available as listed below.
Day 2 With an early start for a continental breakfast at 7.00am, we check out and get out on tour by 8.00am. We head to Central Station today to visit Fraser island's lush subtropical rainforests. We take a fantastic 1 hour walk along the clear flowing waters of Wanggoolba Creek and learn about Fraser Island's Timber History. Next we are off to Lake Birrabeen, one of Fraser Island's beautiful crystal clear lakes. We have plenty of time here to swim, relax, sunbathe and enjoy a picnic lunch. After lunch we head through the forest roads back to the Southern end of Fraser Island. Mid afternoon we depart Rainbow Beach back to Brisbane, with the tour finishing around 6.00pm. Tour includes: 2 x picnic lunch, 1 x buffet dinner, 1 x continental breakfast, all activities and all entry fees.

3 Day FRASER, DOLPHINS, GLASS HOUSE MOUNTAINS Departs Fri
Includes
Day 1 Drive through historical Gympie, then Rainbow Beach. Transfer to Fraser Island via vehicle Ferry. We then travel with our 4WD bus on 75 mile beach to Central Station. Check out Wangoolba Creek and Pile Valley Rainforest Walk. After lunch its off to Lake Birrabeen for a fantastic swim in crystal clear water.
Day 2 Today we travel to lake Wabby, Indian Head, Eli Creek, Maheno Wreck, and the Pinnacles. Marvel at Fraser Islands highlights. Fantastic views, beautiful swimming and forest walks. At the end of the day we leave Fraser Island and stay the night at Rainbow.
Day 3 First up this morning we're off to Tin Can Bay to visit some Wild Dolphins. Guests have the opportunity to hand feed the dolphins as they came in to say hello. Later we leave to explore the Glass House Mountains. We take you on a breathtaking 3 hour rainforest walk and swim at Kondallila Falls. In the afternoon we drive back through the Glass House Mountains to Brisbane around 6.00pm.
