Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Love the hotel. Loved the island. Everything was great until my wife's wedding ring went missing. After trying to deal with security we find out that the audit of their room keys isn't working for the time were in the room. Management just said it's not covered

Review:   It is a true Story Regis hotel. Spectacular location and orientation. The views we're great. This is the kind of place you can come to and not leave. Concierge desk was never manned while we were there but the Front Desk staff more than made up for it. The poolside food was great and in the shade. Good spot for a honeymoon, not good for kids.

Review:   Went to the St.Regis for drinks and small bites. All the drinks and food were well prepared. I enjoyed one of their signature cocktails, and my friend ordered a mixed drink as well. The sushi rolls and charcuterie were good, but I've had comparable quality dishes for a lower price elsewhere. I did expect to pay more at the St.Regis, but I also expected to be more impressed with the food.

Review:   A grand hotel. We stayed nearby in a rental house and used this as our local beach and happy hour HQ. Food, beverages and service are top notch, just what you’d hope from a St. Regis. You can rent a beachfront cabana for full or half days that come with amenities, hotel pool access and full service for ordering additional food and drinks. The staff could not be more gracious and accommodating even to visitors who are not guests of the hotel. Highly recommend the sunset ceremony with traditional Hawaiian songs and champagne sabering.

Review:   Great place with amazing views! We went for the sunset and the last hour the sun was up was just really really hot out on patio which of course is not the hotels fault. Once the sun was 20 min out from sunset the temperature was perfect for the rest of the night. Price of food was on high side.
