Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Beautiful hotel, nice pool but the resort package is a rip off. You pay $30+ for service that's only open a short time. They also don't have an area on the beach so you have to carry stuff. They allow you to get a go pro for the day but the attendant wasn't ever there when we were. I love the Sheraton but the low rating is because of the resort fee

Review:   The lobby of the hotel is really beautiful and staff is friendly. Rooms and elevators are older and could use some renovation. Also wish they had a bigger pool but the ocean is only a few blocks away. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants. They only have self parking, no valet. And the parking garage only has an elevator on the very very top floor and it's hard to find. Not so convenient if you have a lot of bags.

Review:   Very clean, hospitable staff everywhere around hotel. (SPLASH BAR) IS AWESOME Debbie,Dana, Rocky,Herbert Super!! local advice from them, service. Such a great location in the middle of all local hot spots one block from the beach and shopping mall restaurant's, bars, groceries. Even within this place everything is taken care of and great.

Review:   This hotel is an older one but clean and relentlessly efficient. It is good value for money and if you're looking for a clean, safe place to sleep with helpful staff, you won't be disappointed. The hotel is well-situated in central Waikiki. Close to the beach and surrounded by enough shopping and a range of restaurants to keep even the dedicated shopper or foodie satisfied.

Review:   Great location. About a block away from the beach. Great for kids since they have the Disney Jr channel. Rooms are a little dated but was able to find a rate under $200 so overall a great deal. Had to pay a resort fee so make sure you get the free mifi for the length of your stay.
