Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Really great room with an ocean view. It was under construction, but it didn't spoil the view much and we were compensated accordingly. We found the staff friendly and helpful even though we spoke no French or Tahitian. The food was wonderful and in generous portions, however it was resort pricing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Review:   Well as of the writing of this review, the Manava is undergoing some work on the beach, very loud work. We spent the night there on a layover from Bora Bora back to L.A. and it was fine for what we needed. If I wasn't aware of the construction, and just showed up I would have been upset. Very upset. Everyone was friendly and the room was satisfactory. It will have a fabulous beach / dock area in the future. Man made beach....no direct access beach. The reflection pool was nice... Good luck!

Review:   Property is currently rebuilding a huge addition to the beach area. Will be nice when completed. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere so be prepared to cab to anyway you might want to visit.

Review:   This is a 5 star resort and it has all the amenities you would expect! Our garden view deluxe suite was a 1 bedroom condo and had 635 sq ft of living space that could easily sleep 4 adults (futon couch sleeper in front room) for just $25 more/night then hotel Sarah Nui and definitely well worth it. We had an efficiency kitchen that was well stocked. You could easily make your own meals in this kitchen. The toilet was in a separate room for privacy. The large walk in shower and giant tub were in another room. This room was designed for a family of 4 or 2 couples to enjoy and other size rooms are available. The water front infinity pool had a swim up tiki bar and was beautiful with a large sandy area for lounge chairs. There was a dock for you to swim off of in the ocean and enjoy the beautiful sea life. The staff was top notch and knew how to take care of their guests. The onsite restaurant was exquisite. We enjoyed their Mahi Mahi dinner with wine one evening and well worth every penny/franc. We really enjoyed our stay at Manava and look forward to going back on our next business trip.
