Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Impeccable hotel and undoubtedly one of the best in Bangkok. Faultless service and hospitality made up everything during my stay. Spacious room with a view, breakfast was great. Swimming pool is relatively small but good enough. Perfect location. Will definitely revisit

Review:   We came to St Regis to eat at Zuma and wow what an incredible experience. The food was amazing, we were in a rush because we were going to a show that evening but the staff was so friendly and kind and gave us great recommendations. On our way out of the hotel, the conceirge called a cab for us even though we were not guests staying at the hotel.

Review:   good location, but i have to give a 1 star for the experience i had. stayed here over the week and close to a hundred bucks was stolen from my room when i was out during the day. the cash was left in my pants pocket and wasn't just lying around in plain sight. when i contacted the front desk to try to obtain it back, i had a very unpleasant experience. they made no effort to compensate me for my loss and instead insinuated unceasingly that i had never left any money in the room in the first place. i was surprised at the lack of initiative from the manager and just the basic dishonesty of the staff.

Review:   Nice place to stay. Service ok, breakfast was hectic and confusing. Think twice about booking with kids as we were asked to leave the pool area because children were playing too loudly.
