All Inclusive Kuala Lumpur - Morning DepartureExplore > Malaysia > Kuala Lumpur > All Inclusive Kuala Lumpur - Morning DepartureOverviewFrom the Batu Caves to the city skyline, this is the perfect introduction to Kuala Lumpur! Kuala Lumpur is Malaysia's largest city and though relatively young, it has evolved from humble beginnings to a financial capital and the main gateway to the country. This may be your one visit to this city of mystery and there are things on the 'must-see' list that can be accomplished in a day's time without breaking a sweat. An interesting itinerary will break all your images of the past and bring you to the modern city that Kuala Lumpur has become. Without preconceived ideas, we will whisk you first to the Batu Caves, the iconic site set high on a range of limestone cliffs. This vast cavern complex has become one of the most popular attractions near the capital and is a center of prayer for worshippers who come from far. There are three main caves which house numerous Hindu shrines. Delving into the caves is an option as is the attempt to climb the 272 steps to reach the top, where homage is paid to respective deities. Along with the views of the city center, you can expect to see monkeys frolicking about. It is enough to absorb the view and the activity without entering caves or climbing the steps. After a break for lunch, we will take you to some of the city's most celebrated monuments including the National Monument, King's Palace, Independence Square, and Sultan Abdul Samad Building. - Shorts, short pants or short skirts are not permitted in the Batu Caves. - Please alert us in advance of any dietary restrictions or limitations. - You will have the option of climbing the 272 steps to reach the top of the Batu Caves. - Please note there is surcharge pricing for all National and New Year holidays as well as peak season. You will be notified of any increased costs prior to confirmation. Contact ShoreTrips with any questions. - The drive from Kelang to Kuala Lumpur is approximately 2 hours each way.
