Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Amazing staying experience. The staff were friendly ,helpful and accommodating. The hotel is neat and clean and just beautifully decorated. The food was out of this world. Room service was especially great for those too lazy to go out for dinner .

Review:   Had our anniversary dinner here, was welcomed with drinks on the house which not many restaurants offer. Food was delish and service excellent. Highly recommended.

Review:   First world accommodation. The rooms are very luxurious and the Level 4 restaurant World class. I always look forward to my stay in JHB because of my stay at 54 on Bath.

Review:   Disappointing. Service was at best disinterested and at worse awful. We had a tour group and had dinner at the level 4 restaurant. Service was dour, they brought the wrong entree to.one of our group then lied about not having the dish he ordered and forced him to eat something he didn't want. Waiter was rude. Food was extremely salty. Shower stalls are tiny. Not a value for the money.
