About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Staff was super great every last one. Food and accommodations were great. Drinks too. They were super nice when it came to planning excursions or handling any questions I had. Beach was great make sure you float in the ring.

Review:   Great for little kids but a huge overkill with all of the Sesame Street characters everywhere. Had no clue it was so geared toward little kids. That being said my wife and 8 year old son and I avoided all the kiddie shows and still had a great time. Just know you can hear the annoying Sesame Street shows from pretty much anywhere you are at the resort other than your room. Make sure to walk off resort to the beach next door and see the ladies there that sell goods and braid hair! Sandra is a hoot!

Review:   Loved everything. We went last summer and were so happy with our trip we booked our return in 2019 before we left .The staff was wonderful and helpful. There is so much for the kids to do no matter their age .The beach is private. The food was good. Can't wait to go back.

Review:   The food here is the weakest point. Most of it is just okay and there aren't a lot of snack options earlier the day. Although the crepe place is fantastic and open early, it's not close to the water park or main pool. The water park is good. There are fun slides kids of 38 inches can ride alone (or with a grown-up). You have to be taller for the biggest slides. Kids can't go on the very smallest slides in the centre structure with a grown-up but they're in too deep water for the littles kids to really use. The only 0 entry pool is connected to the water park but it doesn't open till later in the morning. The main pool is nice and has a swim up bar. The beach is nice with plenty of seats. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the overall service was great. Our kids enjoyed the Sesame Street shows and our eldest tried out the kids club activities and was a big fan.

Review:   I went here with my family (all adults) and we had one the of best vacations ever! There were 5 of us in one room, but the room was spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other all week (plus we didn't spend much time in the room anyway). The resort was beautiful, but what really made it amazing was the staff! They were all so friendly and helpful. The entertainment team always made sure people were having fun and came up with all kinds of fun activities. The guys down at the water sports area were also amazing. The bartenders and waiters at the restaurants were always great. I also appreciated that it was a smaller resort, so it didn't take too long to get anywhere, and you really got to know the staff, and sometimes even the other vacationers! The food was amazing, and the drinks were delicious. The resort is also extremely family friendly for families with younger kids. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation!
