About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   I have been here a few times and I have always enjoyed myself. The hotel and it's staff have always been great. The staff are always well dressed and eager to help. The breakfast buffet is very large and good quality. There is a small boat dock on premises which staff leave old bread in a basket for you to feed the fish. My children really enjoyed this as as soon as you throw a piece into the water you'll see dozens of large fish come up. The skytrain is within walking distance. When choosing a room always choose the river view otherwise you'll get a view of some run down buildings. As a plus it's great to watch the boats going up and down the river and during the night the boats light up like they're in a parade.

Review:   We stayed for three nights. Had a superb view from our room on the 21st floor. In general a nice and fresh hotel. Wouldn’t recommended hotel breakfast more than max once (pricey and nothing special). Hotel bar was nice, but also pricier and nothing out of the ordinary. Staff is mainly very friendly and helpful.

Review:   A beautiful hotel and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff are super corteous, helpful and polite. Each room has a view and we were lucky to have a river view to watch all the boats go by. 5 restaurants, each better that the rest. We ate mostly at the outdoor restaurant by the river. Temp in November was perfect. Local transportation is CHEAP. We rented a van, just for 2 people for the entire day, we wanted comfort, the driver took us to wherever we wanted to go, temples, beach, we ate at a local Thai food place we would have never found on our own and took our shopping bags back to the car, all for $90 for about 12 hrs. I could write a chapter but go visit and stay here. We will return.

Review:   The view was fantastic but the service was poor. I enjoyed the fireworks view of the riverside from my room. i also like the sunbathing area in the pool side. However, the housekeeping service was out of my expectation. One night, we could not get our bath towels after the housekeeping and on the other night, the fruit plate was disappeared. there was no fruit refill on the last night of my stay, the new year day of 2018!! I was not expecting something special on the new year day from your hotel to show your hospitality. But I don’t expect that I even couldn’t have my new fruit on the plate. And throughout this 4 nights stay, there was only one set of shower gel and shampoo for us(there was no spare set). luckily, I have brought my own shampoo and shower gel. i could also find stains in the sink, toilet bowl and also the bathtub. The staff were very helpful when I call for help, however, you wouldnt expect there were so many problems you could find in the housekeeping service in a 5 star hotel which made my stay unsatisfying.

Review:   This is a fantastic hotel, especially when you compare the rates to those in North America. Great river views from the river side of the building, beautiful lobby, amazing pool. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are overall very nice. I guess some people don’t like to explore, but I can’t understand why anyone would pay 1000baht for breakfast when there are literally hundreds of great places to eat at your doorstep. We never even asked what the dinner buffet would cost. We never ate or drank at the hotel, ok, perhaps we were penny pinching, but it’s a fantastic place.
