Every couple has their own mental picture of their dream wedding. Hawaii is often figured in as the perfect location to tie the knot. In our wedding package, we are offering the basics that we feel everyone would want to include and some parts that are necessities. Beyond that, once you purchase the package, you can customize every detail with the coordinator on-site, the person who will be there to manage your special day.
With impeccable organization skills and the willingness to go the extra mile, your wedding coordinator will give you superior attention to details allowing you to relax and savor every moment.
Once your requested date is confirmed, you can contact your local coordinator to add some extras directly with the locals. Options are adding a photographer for video and/or cinematography, musicians, wedding cakes, transportation, hair and makeup stylist, flower leis, bouquets and boutonnieres, spa services - nothing will scare this master organizer.
We begin with our Beach Wedding Coordination Package and build a custom estimate for you to include any additional items and services you wish to include in your celebration. These additions will be arranged with the on-site coordinator.
- The wedding coordinator has a special cancellation policy wherein they will keep $500 if the wedding is cancelled for any reason.
- Additional arrangements made directly with the coordinator will be subject to State of Hawaii G.E. tax of 4.17%, a 3% processing fee for each credit card purchase, as well as 20% coordinator fees.
