The Polynesians were the first group of people to discover Hawaii some 1,000 years ago. On this fun and interesting tour, you'll learn all about Hawaii's natives and what happened after the arrival of English explorer and navigator, Captain James Cook!
We'll cruise by Ahu'ena Heiau, Pao 'Umi Point, the Holua Slide, Kuamo'o Battlefieild and more, eventually making our way to Kealakekua Bay and Captain Cook's Monument.
Learn all the facts, stories and legends from a local historian aboard the ship! You'll also be able to ask any questions you might have throughout the tour.
Please note: If you are staying at a hotel, you will need to either drive or take a taxi to our location. If you are a cruise ship passenger, no taxi is needed.
There's plenty of shade on the boat and lots of comfortable seating. There are also restrooms onboard.
Refreshments will be provided free of charge onboard. Cocktails/beer available for purchase onboard.
Cruise is approximately 3 hours long.
This tour does not operate on Christmas Day. This tour runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday only.
This tour is wheelchair and motorized scooter friendly. All that we ask is that you please call in your reservation and let us know at the time of booking.
