Review:   This hotel consistently provides a very good level of quality customer care. The close proximity to workplaces I deal with makes it a very comfortable home away from home which does not rely on travel within the inner city. The rooms are a good size, beds ultra comfortable, and the bonus of having kitchen facilities for a longer stay are all good reasons for continuing to return there. I am looking forward to the refurbishment as the time has come for this to be done, although the rooms are always clean and welcoming.

Review:   Comfortable room with a couch to watch the TV from and kitchen facilities well above the normal level. A bit noisy with construction going on in the hotel and nearby, but that stopped in the evening. Hot water for the shower was very slow to come through, literally more than 5 minutes. Nice dinner downstairs in the MLC Cafe, although I would have preferred a wider range of beers on offer. All staff I encountered at reception, concierge/car parking and cafe were very good.

Review:   My room was clean and comfortable. Room service was excellent and the food was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to family and friends.

Review:   Very convenient location but quite a basic hotel. Staff very helpful. Currently undergoing refurbish so may be a lot nicer by 2019

Review:   On arrival I was met efficiently and professionally. My room allocation, key etc was very quick, well below 5 minutes, upon directions to get to my room, elevator, in my room, within 10 minutes of walking in through the door of reception. The room was welcoming and as expected. The template note from the GM was a nice touch and still something I am reminded of, even though days later. For the rest, the room was well maintained by my second evening, the facilities met my needs and at the end the checking out was as efficient as when I had arrived. Many thanks to the team. See you soon again.
