OverviewFrom Monico to Villefranche to the Italian border. There are places in this world that can't be fully comprehended until you see it from the air. The French Riviera is one of them. Spectacular cliff-perched villages, glorious seaside chateaus and gardens, the mountains, and the Mediterranean--you'll be able to take it all in. After your departure from the heliport of Monaco, you begin your ascent to discover the beauty of the Principality of Monaco. You will see the surrounding foothills, the casino, the beaches, and the multiple blue colors of the Mediterranean. Your flight will head towards the village of Roquebrune with its chateau dating from the 10th century. Next, your helicoper will fly over Cap Martin and the city of Menton, and you will have views of the Italian Riviera in the distance. Heading back west, you will see La Turbie and its famous statue "Trophy of Augustus." Next, you will see the city of Nice, with its long boulevard along the Mediterranean, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, and the hilltop village of Eze, which appears to govern over the sea. Return to Monaco for your descent to terra firma. - You will need to take a taxi to the Monaco Heliport... about a 20 minute drive that should cost about 40 Euro in each direction. Please arrive at heliport at least 30 minutes prior to flight time. - You will be charged 7 euro per person for taxes on arrival.
