Scuba...2 Tank Dive In Playa Del CarmenExplore > Mexico > Playa del Carmen > Scuba...2 Tank Dive In Playa Del CarmenOverviewDive the best...the Yucatan Peninsula! Hop aboard one of our twin engine, fully equipped boats for a fast ride to the impressive dive sites of the Yucatan Peninsula. This tour includes: - 2-tank dive - Services of certified dive instructors - Use of tanks and weights - Lots of underwater thrills! Playa del Carmen boasts one of the most beautiful reefs in the world. Warm, crystal clear waters and a myriad of underwater creatures--including stingrays, marine turtles, spotted morays, nurse sharks, and more--have created a diver's paradise off the coast of Cozumel. Due to the presence of ocean currents in the Cozumel channel, you'll have the unique opportunity to drift dive during this excursion. This thrilling experience, which is akin to riding a magic carpet, is nearly effortless and relaxing. You simply glide along and enjoy the rush of flying underwater while the current does the work. The most experienced dive team in Playa del Carmen will assist you throughout your adventure. The water temperature (78-85 F, 25-30 C) and clarity (with a visibility of 20 to 40 meters) allow for scuba diving all year round. The depth of the dives is usually between 10 and 30 meters. For your safety and convenience, there will be no more than 8 divers per boat. - Please bring a towel, sunglasses, and sunscreen. - You will need to take a taxi ride to the meeting point, which is in downtown Playa del Carmen. Taxi fares will vary depending on where your hotel is located. - PADI regulations state a certified diver that has not participated in a dive for 2 years must take a refresher course. This is a mandatory restriction for your own safety. Please contact ShoreTrips for more information. Days offered: 7 days a week Departures:
