Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   The Hotel is located a bit away from the coast but close enough that you can hear the waves on a quiet day. It's very close to the nearby shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the Paihia wharf. We took the premium rooms and they were aptly serviced with quality products and attention. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to spend the Paihia vacation.

Review:   It's ok. Needs a bit of shuzzing up in the dining the area. Quite basic. Very noisy when guests move about on upper floor. Beds are very hard. Otherwise it's clean and tidy.
