Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Very friendly staff and nice clean accommodation. Beautiful view, and modern fixtures. Spa was nice and big. Will definitely look to visit again sometime. Only thing wrong was the coffee plunger gauze was well worn and fell apart during use which, while repairable by screwing the gauze back in, wasted the one coffee packet provided with the room.

Review:   Good basic accommodation. Not many hotels have a large spa pool in the bedroom so big ups! Easy walking distance to City centre and is right on the beach.

Review:   A nice quiet apartment style hotel which is about ten minutes walk away from the city centre on Marine Parade. Fabulous views across the ocean and beach. Rooms are clean and modern if a little basic but the spa bath is a real treat! Simple but wholesome breakfast with great coffee, staff are friendly and helpful. Could do with a few more parking spaces but plenty of on street parking areas so no real problem. Wireless internet signal was weak in my room, even in other areas where the signal was stronger the speed wasn't much to write home about.
