Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   The food was delicious and the ladies that took care of us in the private room were lovely. Bar service was great too. There was an unfortunate incident in the ladies where the toilet was blocked and had been for some time, so a number of us had to report it. The concierge lady I spoke to about the booking was not very friendly or welcoming when I said we were there for a birthday dinner. She just told me the bar and restaurant is that way and ask them.

Review:   Great location. Nice and central if, for some reason, you find yourself having to spend time in the city. Room was perfectly servicable. Very nice and clean. Only nitpick would be that the shower pressure was a tad low.
