Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   The hotel is nice but it needs a little love, it feels tired and aged. The rooms have a weird mould smell. The people are lovely and very friendly and helpful. The pools and common areas are well maintained and the facilities are fantastic. The price of food and alcohol is as high as what you will pay in 5 star Australian hotel. The hotel is a little secluded from other towns so I would advise that you get a taxi to the local village and stock up on alcohol and snacks. I would highly recommend going to the two local restaurants close by.

Review:   I'd probably come back again. Mostly because the staff are fantastic, but the entire business model of the resort leaves a lot to be desired. Far too much money grabbing and more than a little wanting in certain areas. Such as 3x kayaks and 2x paddle boards to cater for an entire compliment of guests and seemingly 5-7 sets of snorkel/masks. Not to mention the drastic shortage of towels available. (Laundry is available at a stupidly high itemised rate)

Review:   Absolutely breathtaking. Such welcoming beautiful and friendly staff. Thank you for making us feel welcome especially the children and going out your way to accommodate my wheelchair bound little boy.

Review:   Warwick is awesome! Heaps of activities to do! They have taken into consideration people that would like not to be disturbed while at the pool by kids and have created an adult pool. Staff are really friendly and helpful. And the intalian restaurant pizzas are amazing!

Review:   We have stayed here a few times over the past year. A great spot for families and kids, good pool and nice beach with free water sports equipment use. Great meals and friendly staff. Be aware that the food and drink can be a little pricey and you are too far from anything local to walk to easily. (Taxi to Eco Cafe) but all in all a really laid back place with a kids friendly side and an adults only one. Bliss! Staff are awesomely friendly and helpful. Ice machines and a good kids club!
