Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   I have stayed many times now for work and since staying with you I have not booked anywhere else. I love the service, the wonderful staff, the hotel location, pool, the soft beds and pillows and the views from the rooms. The rooms service options are fantastic too. The only negative I have is that all of the showers I have noticed require a strong bleaching as there is mold/grime in the grout. This is a small negative and would not ever prevent me from returning. Thank you for the great service, Sophie

Review:   I can’t stay away from this place. Must be the amazing buffet breakfast I treat myself to once a week. I clear my mind relax - no one bothers me and I can plan my day with the marina and harbour views in the background. Food is spot on and you can eat as much as you want being a buffet. Price is Cheap and better if you are a local.

Review:   On the higher end of price, but well worth it. Amazing and helpful staff from the phone calls to the reception. The room was clean and the view was great. Although we didn't get to enjoy the facilities due to the nature of our stay, they looked great too. The pool looks really amazing. Would stay here again for any special occasions in the future :)

Review:   The Herizon Level is worth the extra money. Having access to breakfast and evening drinks was great! The room was large and the view was lovely. The reef tour boats docks are literally steps away. Tons of waterfront dining options, too. The best location.

Review:   My rating could have been better if we were not told to wait until 12:00NOON for our room to be ready since we arrived at around at about 9:300am. Based on the people checking out while we were waiting, at least one room could have been freed up and given to us right away. I understand that most hotels have a policy of assigning rooms at 12:00Noon but I think the front office staff did not do their best to be more attentive and accommodating. Also being seniors, 69 and 70, we were assigned room 2070 which was at the end and one of the farthest from the entrance. Your hotel though has a very good location compared to the Hilton, which we have originally booked.
