Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   Fantastic location for this luxury hotel with all the creature comforts. Rooms are big and the facilities clean. The pool and fitness areas are decent for a hotel of its size. Wifi fast and staff are very polite. Would recommend if you want easy access to the promenade and boat Harbour.

Review:   I have stayed many times now for work and since staying with you I have not booked anywhere else. I love the service, the wonderful staff, the hotel location, pool, the soft beds and pillows and the views from the rooms. The rooms service options are fantastic too. The only negative I have is that all of the showers I have noticed require a strong bleaching as there is mold/grime in the grout. This is a small negative and would not ever prevent me from returning. Thank you for the great service, Sophie

Review:   A good venue for a meeting. Drink and wait service was excellent. Only complaint was the good was dry, and served on platters for the whole table. We had no side plates and needed to use napkins to eat the nibbles. Very messy at times..

Review:   Staff are great. Hotel has a great location. Lobby area is up-to-date and nice. The rooms are spacious but really outdated. The pool is freezing (I suppose we had bad weather but still it was unusable). Not enough staff for the number of people that attend buffet breakfast!!

The bed is very nice and you can have twice room services per day in the morning and afternoon, then you can get additional water bottles, new towels and amenities. The view of sea and harver are very good, we enjoy dinner or tea with beautiful views.
