Google Reviews

About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile. This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in the system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User". More info from Google is here.

Review:   I only came for a breakfast and a look around the place. The place is incredible beautiful and the interior decorators couldn't have done a better job. I found the food very nice in comparison to the staff. The staff need to have better self hygiene, but I found it no wonder after seeing the F&B managers disgusting beard. It will frighten any hygiene conscious person away especially since this person runs your F&B department and F&B managers should know how important hygienic standards are in this industry. Especially body hair. Mind you all the staff should understand that their personal hair care and hygiene represents the hotel. Then the reception was so unfriendly like if they are from another world that revolve around them. Guest service can really improve. mind you I personally think to have your grading inspected and suggest to the food inspector a good visit. The Hotel is obviously not under good control. Even thou it is one of the most prettiest hotels I have ever seen and in a class of it's own, it does not make up for such terrible operational control issues and unfriendliness in a hospitality industry. STEP UP GUYS!!!
